- Built a structured integration catalogue (800+ rows, 50+ attributes) for a FTSE 100 client whose data landscape had become fragmented through acquisitions. It became the single source of truth for their digital transformation.
- Coordinated 1,400+ change requests across 50 stakeholders during an end-to-end enterprise implementation, tracking workflows across multiple technical teams through to go-live.
